Free sample refreshes Belgian households

Under the name Robijn Intense, Robijn launched a new ultra concentrated fabric softener. So time to introduce Belgian households to this new fabric softener. And since just a little bit of Robijn Intense is enough for a completely fresh wash, it's an ideal product to sample. Lime Factory got the task of creating a sampling campaign.

Approach & Results

At several clothing stores in Flanders and Wallonia, we handed out samples of Robijn Intense at the checkout. Visitors to the clothing stores were already alerted to the sampling campaign with "railcards" on the clothing racks.

At checkout, consumers received a flyer in addition to a sample. Thereupon, they were invited to give their opinion about Ruby in a short survey. Many people did and responded enthusiastically. For example, one consumer said, "After receiving a sample, I immediately tried it out. The result is amazing, so fresh and delicious smelling. I immediately bought Robijn this week".
