For years, Lime Factory has been organizing sampling campaigns for Ricola in the Netherlands and Belgium. We enrich these sampling campaigns with a consumer survey of Ricola sample users. This yields interesting results.
In our consumer insights research, we ask consumers about their rating and experience and repeat purchase intention of the product, among other things. Thanks to our benchmark of numerous research data from similar products, we can back it up very well.
In the case of Ricola, both appreciation and repeat purchase intent are at a tremendously high level. But what is interesting about our research is that we can also see within which target group there are the most opportunities for Ricola. Thus, we not only bring a tasty candy to the consumer but also valuable insights to the customer.
