Generate awareness for a new detergent for the Belgian market

Le Chat is known (in Belgium) for their wide range of fabric softeners but now also comes with an eco-friendly (hand) dishwashing detergent for consumers with sensitive skin. To generate awareness for this new product and let consumers experience the dishwashing liquid, Le Chat asked us to create a sampling campaign.

Approach and Results

For our sampling campaign, we targeted consumers between the ages of 30 and 50. In doing so, we looked at logical sampling channels that fit the product. Thus, we ended up with cooking stores and vacation parks because consumers need a (hand) dishwashing detergent and can also use it right away.

We added a flyer to the sample asking consumers to give their opinions about Le Chat. 73% of respondents said they thought the product was excellent or good.
