Jules Destrooper asked us to set up a supermarket sampling campaign at a large number of Carrefour and Delhaize stores. The goal was to introduce consumers to Jules Destrooper's new cookie "Choc 'n Croc. The sampling campaign was followed by a discount campaign.
Since this was a new product, we proposed to Jules Destrooper that we conduct research on perception, appreciation and repeat purchase intention at no charge. We also gave them the opportunity to add additional questions to our existing survey.
The response to our survey was substantial, allowing us to provide Jules Destrooper with detailed insights. In our comprehensive analysis, we further zoomed in on demographic characteristics and also compared variants of cookies. All in all, this gave Jules Destrooper valuable consumer insights.
