Sampling campaign with extensive no-cost research

It is important to us that a sampling campaign has the desired effect. If the client wants it, we therefore conduct free research to measure this effect by collecting consumer insights. This was also the case with our sampling campaign for Dove Advanced Care in the Netherlands and Belgium.

Approach and Results

Over the years, we have established an excellent basic survey that allows us to pick up insights on product appreciation and (repeat) purchase intent in addition to demographic insights. For most campaigns this survey is sufficient, but at Lime Factory you can also add additional questions at no cost. For Dove Advanced Care, we did just that and asked consumers some specific questions about the fragrance and use of the deodorant.

All this provided Dove with enlightening insights that we presented to them in an extensive report. The insights from the research were enriched with photos of various locations and interesting quotes from consumers.
