Sampling to experience chocolate in a different way
With the Palmolive Gourmet shower creams, every shower becomes a sensation. The shower creams contain unique scents, including the scent Chocolate Passion. Palmolive wanted to introduce consumers to this unique shower gel and asked Lime Factory to create a sampling campaign.
Approach and Results
In consultation with Palmolive, we distributed 100,000 samples at Vero Moda fashion stores throughout the Netherlands. The sample was attached to a leaflet that also communicated the link to a short survey.
The research provided Palmolive with insights into product valuation, repeat purchase intent and consumer usage. In the video (Dutch only) you can see how it was done.
