To introduce young adults to the taste and fun of Funkin, we are launching a colorful sampling campaign in Belgium. Only when you taste Funkin will you discover how surprisingly delicious a cocktail from a can can be. We brought Funkin directly to the target audience through smart channels such as food delivery in student cities and fashion brands like LolaLiza. Whether you were sitting at home on the couch, on the go, or having pre-drinks with friends, Funkin was there at just the right moment.
The sampling campaign was all about experience: chilled cans were handed out at just the right moment via food delivery in student cities and in stores of fashion brands such as LolaLiza. With eye-catching flyers and clear communication on location, we made it easy for consumers to get acquainted with Funkin.
The reactions spoke for themselves: “It really tastes like it was just made at a beach bar” and “I liked it so much that I'll definitely be serving it at my birthday party soon.” Thanks to the QR code on the flyer, we received immediate feedback about the taste experience and repeat purchase intention. And that was clear: 73% of the tasters indicated that they would buy Funkin again. From Strawberry Daiquiri to Piña Colada, Funkin was a hit everywhere!
