Lime Factory BV (hereinafter “us”, “we” or “our”) operates the websites https://www.limefactory.nl, https://www.limefactory.eu, https://www.limefactory.de. Through our website visitors, including Clients, can contact us for information about our Services.

This Privacy Statement contains information about our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of your Personal Data when you visit our website, fill out the contact form on our website or when you purchase Services from us and the choices you have regarding the processing of that data by Lime Factory BV.

We use your Personal Data to contact you if you request information or to be able to execute the agreement we have concluded with you, as well as to provide and improve our Services. When you visit our website or purchase Services from us, you consent to the processing of your Personal Data in accordance with this policy.

Services: All services offered by Lime Factory BV, including but not limited to organizing sampling and activation programs.

When you purchase a Service from us, we ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that may be used to perform the Agreement, to contact you or to identify you. This personally identifiable information may include but is not limited to:

Usage data

We may collect data that your browser sends when you visit our websites.
