Introducing the new variant of Palmolive, Lime Factory set up a sampling campaign. Customers at all Vero Moda stores in The Netherlands were offered a Palmolive Chocolate Passion sample.
The sample was attached to a leaflet, containing information about the feedback program. The feedback program provided insight into product valuation, repeat purchase intention and the use of the product by the customer.
