Approach and Results
We launched a sampling campaign for both applesauce and Slurpfruit at several vacation parks. An ideal location for these products because families could use the products immediately. And many families did. At check-in, they received a jar of applesauce or (at other locations) a packet of slurp fruit for the children, including a flyer with more information about Servero.
Our brief survey showed that consumers responded enthusiastically to the sampling campaign. They gave both applesauce and Slurpfruit high ratings. Moreover, with our sampling campaign we reached a large group for whom Servero's products were completely new.
